Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and verified.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Orders placed during promotions, launches, or holidays may experience delays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume shipping periods


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If tracking indicates your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

B Sleek Hair Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, B Sleek Hair Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • File a claim with the carrier if applicable

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Orders refused or returned to sender for reasons beyond our control are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
